Le Laboratoire de Chimie Physique et Microbiologie pour les Matériaux et l'Environnement (LCPME) est une unité pluridisciplinaire qui centre ses recherches sur l'étude des interfaces minérales et biologiques en milieux aqueux. L'objectif principal vise à mieux comprendre la réactivité de surfaces solides (phases minérales, hybrides organo-minéraux, nanomatériaux ou objets biologiques) au contact de milieux aqueux, avec le souhait de prendre en compte les hétérogénéités structurales et réactionnelles des systèmes étudiés à différentes échelles spatiales, et avec des retombées potentielles dans le domaine de l'environnement et des matériaux.
